HANNAH LLOYD:
You can choose whatever path or combo of paths you want.
The truth and the path reside inside us. That is the dharma.
You can be Buddhist if you say you are. No ceremony required, no creed, no vows to take.
(Unless you want to be a monk). It seems like a good idea to get some instruction on practices that help me in my daily life
so that I can be helpful to others.
The Tibetans would say, I think, that one should look for a teacher and see if you have a strong connection to what they are
teaching.
This has worked for me.
I like the quote from Oscar Wilde who said "Be Yourself....everyone else is taken."
