God bless and have a great day Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference. "From the moment that you don't fear to share your heart, you are a free person. " -- Paul Coelho | | | I 'm sending this to see how
many actually read their e-mail.
Your response will be interesting.
Pay attention to what you read.
After you have finished reading it, you will know the reason it was
sent to you.
Here goes:

People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime.
When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that
person.
When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need
you have expressed.
They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with
guidance and support,
To aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually.
They may seem like a God send and they are.
They are there for the reason you need them to be.
Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time,
this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an
end.
Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away.
Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand.
What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire
fulfilled, their work is done.
The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.

Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has
come to share, grow or learn.
They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh.
They may teach you something you have never done.
They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy.
Believe it, it is real. But only for a season.

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons,
things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional
foundation.
Your job is to accept the lesson,
love the person and put what you have learned to use in all other
relationships and areas of your life.
It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.

Thank you for being a part of my life,
whether you were a reason, a season or a lifetime.

Send this
to every friend that you have on-line,

2 Replies - you are nice but probably need to be more outgoing
4 Replies - you have picked your friends well!
6 Replies - you are downright popular
8 Replies or More - you are totally awesome
(and that's probably why you're on MY list)
I wonder what mine will be.

Forward this message the same day you received it.
It may sound ridiculous, but it is right on time.
We believe that something is about to happen.
Angels exist, only sometimes they haven't got wings and we call them
friends; you are one of them.
Something wonderful is about to happen to you and your friends.
Tomorrow at 10.35am somebody will address you and tell you
something you have been waiting to hear.
Please do not break it.
Send it to at least 7 of your friends.

"Meditation brings wisdom; lack of meditation leaves ignorance. Know well what leads you forward and what hold you back, and choose the path that leads to wisdom."

How can we stop our agitation, our fear, despair, anger and craving? We can stop by practicing mindful breathing, mindful walking, mindful smiling, and deep looking in order to understand.. When we are mindful, touching deeply the present moment, the fruits are always understanding, acceptance, love, and the desire to relieve suffering and bring joy.

HANNAH LLOYD:
You can choose whatever path or combo of paths you want. The truth and the path reside inside us. That is the dharma. You can be Buddhist if you say you are. No ceremony required, no creed, no vows to take. (Unless you want to be a monk). It seems like a good idea to get some instruction on practices that help me in my daily life so that I can be helpful to others. The Tibetans would say, I think, that one should look for a teacher and see if you have a strong connection to what they are teaching. This has worked for me.
I like the quote from Oscar Wilde who said "Be Yourself....everyone else is taken."
"To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one's family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one's own mind. If a man can control his mind he can find the way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come to him." ~The B

"The mind is the source of happiness and unhappiness." ~The B

"What we are today comes from our thoughts of yesterday, and our present thoughts build our life of tomorrow: Our life is the creation of our mind." ~The BC. Thanks.

"Misdirected life force is the activity in disease process. Disease has no energy save what it borrows from the life of the organism. It is by adjusting the life force that healing must be brought about, and it is the sun as transformer and distributor of primal spiritual energy that must be utilized in this process, for life and the sun are so intimately connected." ~The B
"If we could see the miracle of a single flower clearly, our whole life would change." ~The B
"You can search throughout the entire universe for someone who is more deserving of your love and affection than you are yourself, and that person is not to be found anywhere. You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe deserve your love and affection." ~The B
"Whatever words we utter should be chosen with care for people will hear them and be influenced by them for good or ill." ~The B
I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in Me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from Me you can do nothing." (John 15:5 NIV) TODAY'S WORD from Joel and VictoriaHave you ever really thought about the relationship between a branch and the vine? We don't use these kinds of word pictures very much anymore, but think about it — if the branch is not attached to the vine, it withers and dies. The very life of the branch depends on being attached to the vine. The same thing happens if we try to operate in this life without Jesus. Without Him, we can do nothing. We are cut from our life source. But when you remain in Him by daily connecting with Him through prayer, worship and study of the Word, then your life will be fruitful. You'll walk in joy and blessing. Notice that this verse says "much fruit." It's saying that you will have an abundant harvest in your life. Remember, God doesn't want you to just barely get by. He wants to overwhelm you with His goodness! Choose to remain in Him today; choose to make Him your top priority, and you'll see His hand of blessing operating in every area of your life! A PRAYER FOR TODAYHeavenly Father, thank You for being my source of life. Thank You for Your hand of blessing that is leading and guiding me. I choose to make You the number one priority in my life. Let my heart hunger only for You today. In Jesus' Name. Amen. — Joel & Victoria Osteen
"If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you."
(John 15:7, NKJ) TODAY'S WORD from Joel and VictoriaIt pleases God to give you the desires of your heart! He wants to see you happy, whole, strong and enjoying His blessing. When you make theWord of God your number one priority, when you stay connected to Him through prayer and worship, God promises that He will give you the desires of your heart. Psalm 37:4 tells us again that if we delight ourselves in Him, He will give us the desires of our hearts. One of the root definitions of the word "delight" means "soft." This gives the picture of us being soft and moldable, like clay, in the Potter's hands. As we allow Him to shape and mold our character, as we yield ourselves to Him, our thoughts become His thoughts, our words become His Words, and our desires become His desires! That's how we can ask whatever we will because our will is in alignment with Him! Today, don't allow the distractions of everyday life keep you from spending time with Him. Abide in Him and let His Words abide in you because He will give you the desires of your heart! A PRAYER FOR TODAYHeavenly Father, today I submit every area of life to You. I invite You to have Your way in my heart. Mold me and make me as I surrender every area of my life to You. I praise You and give You all the glory. In Jesus' Name. Amen. — Joel & Victoria Osteen
5 May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had,6 so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. "Most of us aren't willing to face the reality of impermanence and death. That's because we forget that our lives are transitory, that we quarrel with each other, as if we are going to live for ever. But, if we face the fact of death, our quarrels will come to an end. We will then realize the folly of fighting when we ourselves are doomed to die. Excited by emotions our thought being clouded, we cannot see the truth about life. When we see the truth, however, our thoughts become free of emotions." ~The B
