He Has another Seed for You |

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE |
"...For God has appointed another seed for me..." |
(Genesis 4:25, NKJV) |

TODAY'S WORD from Joel and Victoria |
In Genesis, Eve went through a great disappointment. Her son Cain killed her son Able, the first murder in the Bible. I'm sure Eve, like any mother, was devastated and heartbroken at the passing of her son. But I love what Eve said in Genesis 4:25, "God has appointed another seed for me." In essence, she was saying, "I don't understand it. It doesn't make sense, but I trust God. This is not the end. He has appointed another seed." Friend, when you go through things that you don't understand, it is not the end. Nothing is lost in the kingdom. God is going to appoint another seed, and that seed represents the future. It indicates what is coming. If you will let go of what didn't work out, let go of the hurts and pains, then for everything you've lost, God will appoint another seed. You'll give birth to more in the future than you lost in the past. Keep praying, keep believing, keep hoping because God is for you. Trust Him and embrace the good things He has in store for your future! |

Letting Go |

"I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead" |

TODAY'S WORD from Joel and Victoria |
We all go through disappointments, setbacks and things that we don't understand. Maybe you prayed for a loved one, but they didn't get well. Or maybe you worked hard for a promotion, but you didn't get it. You stood in faith for a relationship, but it didn't work out. One of the best things you can do is release it. Let it go. Don't dwell on it anymore. If you go around wondering why things didn't work out, all that's going to do is lead to bitterness, resentment and self-pity. Before long, you'll be blaming others, blaming yourself, or even God. You may not have understood what happened. It may not have been fair. But when you release it, it's an act of your faith. You're saying, "God, I trust You. I know You're in control. And even though it didn't work out my way, You said, 'All things are going to work together for my good.' So I believe You still have something good in my future." There is power in letting go of the past and the frustration of trying to figure everything out. When you release your questions, you are saying, "God, You are in control. I trust You." And when you put your hope in God, that's when He can heal your heart and lead you forward into His path of blessing. |

It's Only Temporary |

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE |
"For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all" |
(2 Corinthians 4:17, NIV) |
![]() |
TODAY'S WORD from Joel and Victoria |
Aren't you glad that your troubles and trials are only temporary? In fact, today's verse tells us they are momentary. Compared with eternity, our troubles don't last long at all! As you stand strong in faith during times of adversity, scripture says that you are achieving eternal glory. When you confess your trust and reliance on God, you are passing the test. If you are in the middle of tough times today, look to Jesus! The Bible says that He is the Author and Finisher of your faith. He is the one who writes faith on your heart and then develops it to completion on the inside of you. Your part is to open your heart and choose words of faith and victory. Remember, your words set the course for your life. As you remind yourself that your troubles are only momentary and confess your trust and hope in Him, you will see His hand moving in your life. Focus on that eternal glory every day. As you do, you'll move forward in victory and experience all He has for you! |

A PRAYER FOR TODAY |
Heavenly Father, thank You for working Your eternal glory in me. I cast my cares on You, knowing that my trials and troubles are only temporary. Thank You for Your eternal blessing on my life today and always in Jesus' name. Amen. |

I Am |

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE |
"God replied to Moses, 'I Am Who I Am...' " |
(Exodus 3:14, NLT) |
![]() |
TODAY'S WORD from Joel and Victoria |
In the Bible, God has many names that describe His character and attributes. In the same way that someone named "Joe" might also be called "father" or "husband" or "the boss," God has names that describe Him and His relationship to His people. In the Old Testament, the Hebrew name for "God" was considered so holy that the people wouldn't even say it. So, when God appeared to Moses in a burning bush and sent Him to lead the Israelites out of captivity, Moses asked God, "Who should I say sent me?" After all, He couldn't breathe the name of God in public. God replied by saying, "Moses, my name is I Am." In other words, "I am anything and everything you need. I am your joy. I am your peace. I am your strength. I am your victory. I am your way of escape. I am whatever you need." Today, God is saying the same thing to us! What is it that you need? The Great I Am, the Almighty God is ready to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory. Open your heart of faith to Him today and receive all the blessings He has in store for you! |

A PRAYER FOR TODAY |
Father in heaven, today I call on You — the Great I Am. I surrender myself to You — spirit, soul and body. I ask that You direct my steps and supply every one of my needs as I move forward in obedience to Your Word in Jesus' name, Amen. |

Speak to Your Mountains |

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE |
"And Jesus answered them, Truly I say to you, if you have faith (a firm relying trust) and do not doubt, you will not only do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, Be taken up and cast into the sea, it will be done" |
(Matthew 21:21, AMP) |

TODAY'S WORD from Joel and Victoria |
Everyone has gone through seasons when the challenges of life feel overwhelming. During those times, it's easy to be tempted to talk about how bad things are. Maybe you received a bad medical report, or maybe you're facing a financial obstacle. But the more you talk about something, the bigger it becomes in your mind. Instead, you've got to dig your heels in and say, "No, I am not going to give life to that defeat. I am not going to speak sickness over myself. I'm not going to speak lack. I'm not going to speak fear. I'm choosing a different report. I believe the report of the Lord which says I am blessed. I am favored. I am prosperous. I am healthy. I am whole. I'm a victor, not a victim." Remember, even if you don't see how things could ever work out, God does. Speak to those mountains in your life and declare God's favor over those situations. Instead of talking to God about how big your problems are, talk to your problems about how big your God is! As you speak to your mountains, they will be moved, and you will move forward into the victory God has prepared for you! |

A PRAYER FOR TODAY |
Heavenly Father, thank You for Your Word which is life to my spirit. I receive Your strength today and choose to speak to the mountains so I can move forward in the victory You have in store for me in Jesus' name. Amen. |

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE |
"I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase and the trees of the field yield their fruit" |
(Leviticus 26:4, AMP) |
![]() |
TODAY'S WORD from Joel and Victoria |
God has set up seasons in our lives. It's easy to get frustrated when our dreams aren't coming to pass on our timetable, but every season is not harvest season. There are plowing seasons. There are planting seasons. There are watering seasons. Sure, we would love for every season to be a time of increase left and right, good breaks here and there. But without the other seasons, we wouldn't be prepared. For example, it's during the plowing seasons that God brings issues to light that we need to deal with. He's getting us prepared for promotion. If you're not making as much progress as you would like, the key is to not lose any ground. Don't go backwards. Hold your position. Keep a good attitude and do the right thing even when it's hard. When you do that, you are passing the test, and God promises that your due season of harvest is coming. Be encouraged because your appointed time of increase, favor and promotion is on its way, and He will fulfill every dream and desire He's placed within your heart! |

Father God, I bless You today. I thank You for preparing me for the blessing and promotion You have in my future. I surrender my heart, mind, will and emotions to You so that I can live as a testimony of Your work in my life in Jesus' name. Amen. |
